2.) The guest's message is specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners. The goal is to keep it relevant to business.
3.) The guest niche fits into the target market of listeners which is entrepreneurs, business leaders, and small business professionals.
4.) They have ties, roots, upbringing, or substantial contributions to the Fox Valley, Oshkosh, or Northeastern Wisconsin area.
5.) Finally, we usually like the guest to be in the twilight of their career or beyond so they can reflect with wisdom and experience.

| The Vetrepreneur Project is a collaboration between the Venture Project of Oshkosh and Salute the Troops of Fond du lac, to help support local veterans with an entrepreneurial spirit, achieve their dream of financial independence. Our program offers local veteran entrepreneurs the opportunity to attend a 7 week small business accelerator program hosted by Venture Project, and powered by Salute the Troops, Inc. At the end of our 7 week educational program, veterans that complete the entire program will have an opportunity to "demo" their business in front of a panel of judges for a chance to earn $5000 in seed funding from Salute the Troops.
Each Veteran that completes our program will be given 1 year of free access to Salute the Troops' subscription based co-working space in Fond du Lac, WI, which offers many different amenities such as free wi-fi, free printing, desk and computer usage, conference room usage, access to our network of professional services like consultants, tax professionals, marketing agencies, and professional development coaches. In addition to the $5000 grant, The Vetrepreneur Project is giving an open invitation to investors from around the community to provide additional funding opportunities for our participants, or the opportunity for YOU to invest and/or become a partner in a veteran's business | | |
