ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT UPDATES | | |
- The 522 unit housing development that is being planned to be constructed near Lake Butte des Morts on the Northwest side of Oshkosh was unanimously passed by the Oshkosh Common Council on April 11th. However, the specifics of Phase one were amended by the council. The first phase originally consisted of two, four-story buildings involving 80 apartments but was changed to include two, three-story buildings – likely altering the total apartments to 60 instead of 80. This amendment only addressed the first two buildings and did not include the remaining 5 phases of the project.
