WSA is a program of the Oshkosh Chamber that works to help promote businesses, development, and initiatives within the greater Oshkosh community.

Established in 1981, the original focus of the Westside Association was to keep development efforts along the Highway 41 corridor at large. Over the years, the goals and objectives of the organization expanded to not only assist and encourage the growth and promotion of Westide businesses, but also advance the interest, welfare, and development of the entire community.
