Rob Kleman, President & CEO

As President & CEO of the Oshkosh Chamber, Rob works with the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors to formulate policy to advance the area’s business climate. He is responsible for the Chamber’s role in legislative and governmental affairs, transportation and aviation issues, workforce development, and small business development. He also oversees Chamber staff, operations, and management.

Sean Fitzgerald — Economic Development Director

Sean executes the economic development program of the chamber. Along with an economic development advisory committee of local business leaders, he helps develop a program of work which includes existing business development, investor relations, development of entrepreneurial and start-up endeavors, business recruitment, regional economic development, and community preparedness. He also supports the efforts of Propel, Oshkosh’s young professional organization, and the WSA panel series.

Grace Burdick — Marketing & Events Director

Grace is responsible for the overall communication and promotion of all Oshkosh Chamber-related events, programs, services, and membership development activities. Grace oversees all Chamber content and design. She works closely with upholding Oshkosh Chamber’s brand throughout the website, annual report and other print media, annual, weekly, and monthly publications, and social media. Grace also works closely with other Chamber staff to plan and execute annual Chamber events such as the Annual Meeting, Economic Outlook Breakfast, Business Expo, and Golf Outings.

Connie Carmical, Director of Membership & Development

Connie is responsible for membership sales, development, and retention. Connie also directs all advertising and sponsorships needs including advertising on the Oshkosh Chamber website, digital and print media, and events such as the Business Expo, Chamber Golf Outings, OC Connection Breakfast, Business After Hours, and more. Connie coordinates the activities of our Chamber Ambassadors and aligns our Ambassadors and volunteers with member events.

Mark Halfen, Administrative Assistant & IT Coordinator

Mark is responsible for the Chamber’s information technology operations, office operations and administrative support. He maintains the membership database, membership directory and the Chamber calendars, and assists with the website, communications and events.

Maureen Lasky — Concierge & Special Projects Coordinator

Maureen is responsible for the Chamber’s Concierge Program, designed to offer thoughtful integration to newcomers, showcasing the quality of life and community amenities through customized experiences and relevant information. Maureen helps the Chamber team execute events such as the Annual Meeting and Economic Outlook Breakfast.

Jeff McBride – Waterfest Coordinator

Jeff is responsible for the upfront work that goes into making the Waterfest concert series a success.  This includes securing the various permits required and contacting vendors for equipment needed for the show.  He also works with, and schedules, the many volunteer groups that are needed to operate the concession stands.

Alice Roberts — Controller

Alice is responsible for all financial management of the Oshkosh Chamber, Oshkosh Chamber Foundation and Waterfest. Her duties include general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and generating financial reports. She also coordinates and works closely with the auditors on the annual audit and the CEO / President on the annual budget.

Patti Schaeve — Receptionist

Pat is the first point of contact for the Oshkosh Chamber on Thursday and Friday mornings. She manages the front desk, receiving visitors and Chamber members. She also performs daily office duties.

Val Scully — Receptionist

Val is the first point of contact for the Oshkosh Chamber on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. She manages the front desk, receiving visitors and Chamber members. She also performs daily office duties.

Shannon Seaman — Education and Talent Director

Shannon is responsible for creating and facilitating meaningful connections and programming between Oshkosh education systems and the local business community. These efforts strengthen the educational experience of our students and teachers, open lines of communication and understanding between education and industry and help to address critical workforce challenges faced in our community, strengthening our workforce system. Shannon also manages Amplify Oshkosh, a program of the Oshkosh Chamber dedicated to empowering our local businesses with technology and Amplifying awareness of technological opportunities in Oshkosh.

Trina Woldt — Director of Leadership Oshkosh

Trina directs and facilitates the Leadership Oshkosh program for professionals and the Youth Leadership Oshkosh program for juniors in high school. Both programs introduce the participants to all facets of the community introducing them to the leadership in Oshkosh. The sessions are monthly from September to May.

The mission of the program is to inspire community service with a commitment to enriching the lives of everyone in Oshkosh.

Trina also organizes the annual Leadership Oshkosh Alumni event, mentors the adult class in organizing the annual Trivia Night fundraiser along with planning the graduations for the program.
