The Chamber, chartered in 1907, is owned by 1,100 members. Its strategic goals include providing leadership to shape the future of Oshkosh, promoting economic development, expanding workforce development, and providing programs and services that meet membership needs.
A 38-member Board of Directors sets public positions, approves the annual budget, reviews the annual program of work, reviews and accepts the annual audit report, approves new Board members, and through its committees, manages the president/CEO, manages and develops board membership, and develops and approves the strategic plan. Eleven staff members serve the membership in a variety of capacities. |
