Kathy Bermingham, ext. 32Leadership Oshkosh Coordinator Kathy develops and implements the Leadership Oshkosh and Youth Leadership Oshkosh programs. Both educate participants about Oshkosh so that they will be better able to serve their community.
Karen Boehm, ext. 16 Special Projects Coordinator Karen leads the coordination of the Chamber’s primary publications, including NewsWave magazine, Member Matters newsletter and the Leadership Oshkosh yearbook. She also assists with coordination and implementation of Chamber programs and services.
John Casper, ext. 18President/CEO John works with the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors to formulate policy aimed at advancing the area business climate. He is responsible for the Chamber’s role in legislative and governmental affairs, transportation and aviation issues, workforce development, and small business development. He also oversees Chamber operations and management.
Mark Halfen, ext. 12Administrative Assistant Mark is responsible for Chamber office operations and administrative support functions, including information technology. He also manages the Oshkosh Chamber Web site, maintains the membership database, handles bulk mailings and maintains the Chamber calendar.
Joan Hildebrand, ext. 10Community Information Coordinator Joan is responsible for greeting the public and making a favorable first impression. She coordinates general community information, including local business referrals and newcomer inquiries. She also provides office assistance.
Kelli Karpinski, ext. 20Director of Marketing and Communications Kelli handles all public relations and marketing functions and the production of publications, media relations, and other internal and external communications. She also manages all Chamber programs and services, including educational seminars. She coordinates Business After Hours, the annual Golf Outing and the Annual Meeting.
Bruce Nelson, ext. 29Director of Membership & Special Events Bruce is responsible for membership recruitment and retention and works with the Ambassadors Committee. He also coordinates Sales Club, Business Expo, and Holiday Parade.
Alice Roberts, ext. 23Controller Alice is responsible for all financial management of the Chamber, OAEDC, Waterfest and other Chamber affiliates. Her duties include generating financial reports, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll. Education Coordinator, (920)303-2266 The Education Coordinator coordinates and implements the Chamber’s education program, including the Partners In Education Council, Partners at Learning, and Career and Life Path Day. Oshkosh Area Economic Development Corp. Rob Kleman, ext. 14 Executive Director Rob recruits and retains commercial business. In addition, Rob assists with business startups, site selection, market information, financial assistance, the business incubator and the revolving loan fund. Rob is involved in Regional Economic Development, including ORIGIN, Oshkosh Regional Growth Incubator Network, NEWREP and New North. Rob coordinates the sales of the City’s Universal Business Park Land. He also assists with commercial development projects, including the river front and central city.
Maureen Lasky, ext. 11 Downtown BID Manager Maureen manages all programs for the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District, including marketing, beautification, business development, marketing and special events programs. She manages downtown public relations initiatives, marketing, monthly newsletter development, Web site design and implementation, and building and sites information.
